There are so many ways to wear the reversible cable vest I designed for Noro Magazine. The wave cable stitch pattern is quite simple without any cross overs and while it’s the size of a small blanket you can wrap its cozy warmth around yourself in a number of different ways.

Wow, there are some truly wonderful designs in the new Noro Magazine that was published earlier this month. I’m honoured to be part of such an inspiring collection with not just one design but three!

60 More Quick Baby Knits
Today I received an email from Amazon recommending the book, 60 More Quick Baby Knits. I had a good laugh because it contains three of my designs! I just received the book myself from the publisher last Friday and it’s exciting to see the full collection of patterns with mine included.
Noro Magazine
I’ve been sitting on a little secret for a while, but I can share it now. The folks at Vogue Knitting are publishing a Noro magazine and it will be on the newsstands on June 5th.
Decreases
A couple of months ago we spent a weekend in Whistler. I was working against pattern deadlines and brought my computer, yarn and needles with me. I spent most of my time writing patterns, charting stitch patterns and swatching new ideas for upcoming submissions.
Unplanned Hiatus
I’ve been working on back to back submissions that had to be knit and written up for magazines later this year. For a while there I had lovely piles of fibre-liscious garments lying around.

Noro Mittens
I’m so excited to finally be able to share with you one of my new designs. These entrelac mittens are included in a new Vogue Knitting publication called Knit Noro: Accessories that was released last week.
I’ve fallen in love
It’s been a week since I sent off my latest project for outside publication. I can’t stop thinking about it. I still have little piles of the ends lying around the house because I can’t bear to throw them out.
