Your Knits
At a recent Guild meeting one of the members showed me her latest creation—a JoJo jacket.
She found the self-patterning yarn she used was a little lacking for her tastes so she threw in a reverse stocking stitch ridge every time the stripes changed colours. I just love the effect.
She used Regia sock yarn from the Kaffe Fassett collection that she had purchased at Dressew. Last time I was there I think they still had some at a great price.

Oh, I love this! What a great effect, sort of muting the colors in the skein.
I buy a lot of sock yarn because the colors are so appealing in the skein, and it’s a gauge I like to work with. But, when I start to knit them, some of the yarns often need something more.
