I have a pattern in the Fall 2016 issue of Vogue Knitting and it’s been receiving a lot of attention. The Stitch Sampler Pullover is a relaxed, drop shoulder pullover with a modern feel to it.

The Fall issue of Knit Simple has two more of my designs along with scarf and fingerless mitts on the cover.

Blues, Teals, Aquas & Turquoise
There seems to be a colour trend happening with many of my freelance designs these days.
When the package of yarn arrives at my door, it’s always a surprise to see what colours they’ve sent me this time.

March was a busy month
March was very busy. Lots of yarn arrived at my house only to leave again in short order knitted into garments for upcoming publications.
I sent out six or seven pieces throughout the month.

Noro Mittens
I’m so excited to finally be able to share with you one of my new designs. These entrelac mittens are included in a new Vogue Knitting publication called Knit Noro: Accessories that was released last week.

Rockin’ Sock Club
Up until now I’ve never joined a sock club or participated in a knit along. Am I missing out?
So this year I decided to join the Rockin’ Sock Club by Blue Moon Fiber Arts—of course you know that they dye the fabulous Socks That Rocks yarn.

Sunday Find – Shelter
Wholesome is the word I would use to describe a new yarn called Shelter.
Jared Flood of Brooklyn Tweed fame developed Shelter out of a desire for locally produced American yarn for American knitters.

Pomegranate Yarn
After much swatching last week, I came up with a solution for the sleeve cuffs on the triangle sweater that makes me happy. I modified another design embellishment borrowed from Andean Folk Knitting.
