Finished chest circumference: 38 (42, 46, 50, 54, 58)“ / 96.5 (106.5, 117, 127, 137, 147.5) cm.

Shown in Manos del Uruguay Serena (60% Baby Alpaca, 40% Pima Cotton; 170 yd / 155 m per 1 3⁄4 oz / 50 g) in Lilac.

Substitution Notes

Choose a sport weight yarn (or heavy fingering or light DK) in a fibre blend that’s comfortable in warm weather and feels good against the skin. Although the original has alpaca, I think linen would be wonderful substitution.

24 sts and 32 rows = 4″ (10 cm) in Stockinette Stitch using larger needle.

3.5 & 3.75 mm (US 4 & 5) Circular Needles, 32″ (80cm) long;
