The raglan sleeved pullover is worked from the bottom up, in pieces and seamed together.

This knitting pattern includes written directions, several charts for working intarsia motifs, and a schematic with measurements.

Sizes + Finished Measurements

Although this pattern is designed for children aged 1 to 3 yrs, not all children are the same size. An extra size at each end of the age range is included to help you get the best fit.

Sizes: 6-12 mo (12-24 mo, 2 yrs, 4 yrs).
Finished chest circumference: 24 ¾ (26 ½, 27 ¾, 30 ½)” / 63 (66.5, 70.5, 77.5) cm.
Intended to be worn with 3 ¾ (5 ¼, 5 ¾, 7 ½)” / 9.5 (13.5, 14.5, 19) cm positive ease.

DK weight yarn;
Main Colour 430 (525, 625, 740) yd / 395 (485, 575, 680) m;
Contrasting Colour 35 (50, 65, 95) yd / 35 (45, 60, 85) m.

Substitution Notes

This pattern uses a standard DK weight yarn that knits up at 22 sts over 4” (10 cm). The pattern was designed to use any DK yarn. Smooth yarns in solid tones are recommended. Knit Picks Swish DK would be a great choice based on easy care and a great colour selection.

Gauge

22 sts and 30 rows to 4″ (10cm) over stocking stitch using larger needles.
