Yarn

Worsted weight yarn;
200 (400) yd / 182 (364) m Main Colour;
75 (130) yd / 70 (120) m Contrasting Colour.

Shown in SweetGeorgia Yarns Trinity Worsted (70% superwash merino wool, 20% cashmere, 10% silk; 200 yards / 182 m per 4 oz / 115 g).

Substitution Notes

Choose a smooth, worsted weight, plied yarn that will feel nice against the skin. Trinity Worsted is no longer available but SweetGeorgia Yarns Superwash Worsted would substitute nicely.

Gauge

18 sts and 26 rounds = 4″ (10 cm) over either lace pattern using 5 mm (US 8) needle.

Needles + Notions

5 mm (US 8) Circular Needle, 24″ (60 cm) long;
1 Stitch Markers.
