Weasley Jersey

My little Harry Potter fan was thrilled with his very own “Weasley Jersey” as he insists on calling it. That is, after he actually looked at the “clothes” in the gift box.

He initially threw the sweater out on the floor to get at the other gifts. Granted, they included some Harry Potter lego, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince DVD, and Quidditch Through the Ages. Once he realized what the sweater was he was pretty pleased.

I wasn’t so pleased when he wore it though. The rolled edge is out of control and needs to be fixed. The arms are also disproportionately long. It’s now back in the knitting queue.

  1. How disappointing for you to put it back in the queue! It looks great off him though, and I love the jubilant expression on his face: that says it all.

    1. Even though I haven’t fixed the roll yet, Devan cuddled with his sweater while we watched one of the Harry Potter movies at home this afternoon. I don’t think he’s even aware that the sweater is “flawed.”
