Audrey’s First Day by Elizabeth Smith
The Fall 2010 issue contains 13 free knitting patterns, a tutorial for sewing reusable sandwich wrappers and an article on the importance of handcrafting in homeschooling among other features. In every issue, there are also regular sewing and crochet features.

Petite Purls is published quarterly and editors Allegra Wermuth and Brandy Fortune have just released their sixth issue. If you’re like me and haven’t seen this magazine before, you’re in for a treat exploring the previous seasons in their archives. Check out the interview with Debbie Bliss in the Summer 2010 issue.

This is so exciting to find a knitting magazine devoted to the little people for whom we love to knit!
