Pic-Knit 2010

Pick-Knit at Surrey Museum

I love having the opportunity to meet knitters face to face and I especially enjoy receiving feedback on my patterns in person. Next month I’ll have that opportunity because I’m participating in the Surrey Museum’s Pic-Knit event.

Pack a lunch, bring your knitting and join a summer picnic of knitters, crafters and suppliers. I’ll be there (with all my patterns, kits and yarn) along with other vendors from across the Lower Mainland. Interested in taking a knitting workshop? I’m teaching too!

Beaded workshop

If you’ve been wanting to try knitting with beads, sign up for my workshop called Beaded Beauty. I’ll show you how to effortlessly knit beads right into a scarf using kid mohair lace weight yarn.

pretty picot workshop

How about learning the picot cast-on and bind-off edging that’s featured in One! Two! Three! and Four! Five! Six! You can use these edgings on your own projects to add a girly touch.
