Shipping Policy
All patterns are delivered electronically, and therefore there are no shipping charges.
In-stock items are shipped within three business days of payment clearing. We'll advise you of any delays. Shipping is via Canada Post. If you require faster delivery please contact us for a quote. Orders shipped via Canada Post will reach their destination ( U.S. and Canada ) within 7-10 business days - perhaps longer for more remote regions.
We'll send an email confirming the date your order is shipped.
Shipping and handling charges to Canadian and American destinations, in Canadian dollars, are:
$8.99 for orders up to $69.99
$15.99 for orders over $70
USA and International
You are responsible for any duties that your country's customs department may charge. Note, delivery estimates assume there are no delays at Customs. International shipping charge available by request.
